2. TRADEMARKS
Our brand names, logos, monograms, and other brand identifiers are trademarks of BADBOY TENNIS LLC.
Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use our name, logos, or other trademarks without our prior written permission.
You may not:
● Use our name, initials, logos, or confusingly similar marks on your own products or services
● Create or sell apparel or accessories that imitate or are confusingly similar to Bad Boy Tennis branding
● Use our brand elements in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without a written agreement from us
3. DESIGNS AND ARTWORK
All original product designs and artwork displayed on this site form part of the Bad Boy Tennis Intellectual Property, including the placement and styling of graphics and our distinctive design elements.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works based on our product graphics, prints, illustrations, or the visual presentation of our collections, lookbooks, and campaigns. Recreating or closely imitating our designs for commercial use, online or offline, is prohibited.
4. WEBSITE CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT
All editorial content, photography, video, and layout on this site is protected by copyright. Except as allowed under Section 5, you may not reproduce or repost our content for commercial purposes, use our imagery in connection with your own brand or business, or remove or obscure any copyright or trademark notice.
5. LIMITED PERSONAL USE

6. COUNTERFEITS AND UNAUTHORIZED RESALE
Bad Boy Tennis is sold through badboytennis.com and through authorized partners we identify in writing. We do not authorize marketplace resellers.
We monitor for unauthorized use and reserve the right to act against unauthorized use of our marks, confusingly similar products, and any use likely to mislead consumers or dilute our brand. This may include platform takedown requests, cease and desist letters, and other remedies available at law.
7. UNSOLICITED IDEAS AND DESIGN SUBMISSIONS
We do not accept unsolicited design ideas, product concepts, artwork, slogans, or collaboration proposals.
Please do not send them by email, direct message, comment, or any other channel. If you send them anyway, you agree that: the submission is not confidential and no confidential relationship is created; we are under no obligation to review, return, or respond to it; we owe you no compensation of any kind; and we are free to develop, use, and commercialize ideas that are similar to or identical to your submission, from any source, including our own independent work, without any obligation to you.
We develop our collections internally and through partners under written agreement. If you wish to propose a collaboration, contact us first and we will send a written submission agreement if we are interested.
8. THIRD PARTY MARKS
Names of tournaments, players, clubs, federations, and other brands appearing in our editorial content are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is descriptive or editorial and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement, in either direction.
9. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT
To report counterfeit product or unauthorized use of our marks, email info@badboytennis.com with the subject line "Intellectual Property Concern," including links or images and as much detail as possible.
To report copyright infringement of material appearing on our Site, see our DMCA Takedown Policy, which sets out our Designated Copyright Agent and the required notice format.
10. NO WAIVER AND UPDATES
Our decision not to act immediately on any suspected unauthorized use does not waive our right to act in future. We may revise this Notice at any time, and the version posted here supersedes all prior versions.
11. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
BADBOY TENNIS LLC reserves all rights in and to the Bad Boy Tennis Intellectual Property not expressly granted here or in a separate written agreement. Unauthorized use may violate trademark, copyright, and other laws and may result in legal action.
