Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how BADBOY TENNIS LLC handles the shipping of your orders. Please read this policy carefully.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIME
Our products are created on-demand when you place an order. This means there is a processing and production period before your order is shipped.
Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your product and fulfill your order.43
Notification: Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once your order is fulfilled, it is handed over to a shipping carrier for delivery. The shipping time depends on your location. The following are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
International (Rest of World): 10–20 business days
Please note that total delivery time is Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is based on the products ordered and the shipping destination.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside of the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Customer Responsibility: BADBOY TENNIS LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

5. ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
6. SHIPMENT ISSUES
Incorrect Address: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by you, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Shipments: If a shipment is returned because it was unclaimed, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us at hello@badboytennis.com within the specified timeframe.
