We build gear to dominate. We stand behind every piece we create. If your order is not the perfect fit for your game, we'll work with you to make it right. Our policy is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward. Here's the deal.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, pristine condition:
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All original BADBOY TENNIS tags must be attached.
Must be in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. Items that show any signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.
HOW TO START YOUR RETURN
To begin the process, please go to our Start a Return page and complete the request form. This ensures we have all the information needed to process your request efficiently.
EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT (OUR RECOMMENDED PLAY)
Finding the perfect fit is key. We make it easy.
Free Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, exchanges are always our first recommendation. We will cover the shipping cost for your new item.
Store Credit: If you'd prefer to choose something else later, you can opt for store credit for the full value of your item.
REFUNDS
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you can select this option in your return request.
Please note that because every BADBOY TENNIS product is made to order specifically for you—a practice that reduces waste and ensures the highest quality—we cannot simply restock returned items. Therefore, a flat-rate handling fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover a portion of the return processing and logistics. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund (less the handling fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
THE FINE PRINT (EXCEPTIONS)
Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
That’s not the standard we play by. If your gear arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@badboytennis.com or note it in your return request form.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 21 days of delivery. Your claim must include:
Your full name and order number.
A clear description of the issue.
High-quality photos or a video clearly showing the problem.
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. In most cases of a confirmed defect, you will not be required to return the damaged item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders shipped outside of the United States, we can only offer refunds at this time; exchanges are not available. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The refund handling fee and non-refundable original shipping charges still apply.
