This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.badboytennis.com, purchase from us, or interact with us on social platforms (collectively, the "Services").
We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be signalled by an updated "Last Updated" date and, where required, by direct notice.

Information from third parties
Payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms including Meta and Google, and social platforms where you interact with our accounts.
Sensitive personal information. We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information as defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose it for purposes requiring a right to limit.
Children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and our Services require users to be 18 or older to create an account or purchase. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.

Legal bases (for users in the EEA and UK). We process personal information where necessary to perform our contract with you (order fulfillment and account management), where we have a legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and direct marketing to existing customers), where you have given consent (non-essential cookies and marketing to new subscribers), and where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
4. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the business purposes described above:

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies, including the Meta pixel and Google Ads, may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" for cross context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. The categories involved are identifiers, internet and network activity, and commercial information. You may opt out at any time. See Section 8.
International transfers. We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Order and transaction records are retained for at least seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Marketing preferences and suppression records are retained as long as necessary to honor your choices. Website analytics and advertising identifiers are typically retained for up to twenty-four months.
6. SECURITY
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Details of the categories used, their purposes, and how to control them are set out in our Cookie Policy.
Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") and other opt out preference signals that we are able to recognize. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser and device. We do not currently respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no common standard for them has been adopted.
8. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

● Non-discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right
How to exercise your rights. Email hello@badboytennis.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or use the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer to manage advertising and cookie preferences. We will verify your identity using information already in our records, such as your email address and order details. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally forty-five days, and may extend where permitted.
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization signed by you and verification of your identity.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the timeframe required by your state's law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Marketing opt out. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by emailing us. You will continue to receive transactional messages about your orders.
EEA and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
9. CALIFORNIA SHINE THE LIGHT
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information once a year, free of charge, about personal information disclosed to third parties for those parties' direct marketing purposes.
